UN World Elimination of Violence Against Women Day
“Violence against women and girls is one of the most widespread, persistent and devastating human rights violations in our world today [and] remains largely unreported due to the impunity, silence, stigma and shame surrounding it.” United Nations
YOU ARE INVITED to a workshop series hosted by SfGH for the UN Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women. This event will be an opportunity for global health professionals to learn about and delve into the causes and consequences of violence towards women on a global scale, as well as how we can prevent and respond to it.
