About the Event
Join us for a creative evening of fundraising, art creation, exhibition and discussion. Hosted with the amazing support of the Old Diorama Arts Centre team, we hope to provide an opportunity for students, teachers, and others to come together and engage on the topic of envrionmental destruction and its effect on human and planetary health. We also hope to showcase what community collaboration and local fundraising can look like. If you are looking for an open studio for the evening, or simply just wanting to meet fellow community members with an interest in planetary health, our event is where you want to be. Tickets will be in the form of an £5 on the door donation to the Young People's Trust for the Environment page. RSVP on the UCL Students for Global Health website to put your name on the guest list. Limited capacity so register now!
The Young People's Trust for the Environment is a charity set up to encourage young people's understanding of the environment. Founded back in 1982, it aims to give young people a real awareness of environmental issues such as climate change, pollution, deforestation and endangered flora & fauna. It also aims to provide balanced views to take into account the realities of living in the modern world. We are excited about this partnership and look forward to future collaborative projects. All funds raised as part of the exhibition will be donated to charity.
